Co-branding the At a Glance Download

Learn how to feature your company logo and contact details in the downloaded At a Glance chapter.

Only account administrators can upload their company logo in My Account after their Client Relationship Manager has enabled the feature. Once the account administrator uploads the company logo, all users on the account can add it to the At a Glance downloads. All users can add contact details to At a Glance downloads without assistance from their account administrator.

Upload your company logo to your account

If you’re an account administrator, follow these steps to upload your company logo to your IBISWorld account. Your Client Relationship Manager needs to enable the feature on your account before you can upload your logo.

  1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the IBISWorld platform.

  2. Click “My Account” in the dropdown menu.

  3. Click “Company Logo” under “My Settings” in the left-hand menu.

  4. Click “Upload a new logo.”

  5. Select an image (.png, .svg., .jpg) and click “Open.”

  6. Click “Upload” to save the image to your account.

    A green message will appear confirming your file has been successfully uploaded.

Troubleshooting

Why can’t I see the “Company Logo” page?

You may not have the feature enabled. Reach out to your Client Relationship Manager to discuss how to enable the feature.

Why did I get an error message when uploading my logo?

You may see an error message if your file is not a .png,.jpg or .svg file.

Add your company logo and contact information to the At a Glance download

Once you or your account administrator has added your company logo to your account, follow these steps to include it in the At a Glance download. You do not need to enable the company logo feature to include your contact information.

  1. Click the “Downloads” icon in the right-hand toolbar while in the At a Glance chapter of an industry report.

  2. Scroll to “Download Chapter” and click “PDF.”

  3. Select “Contact Details (Optional)” and/or “Company Logo (Optional)” to include your contact information and/or your company logo in your PDF. Not all contact details fields need to be filled.

    If you don’t want to include your contact details or company logo, don’t select either option. You only need to include the information you need.

  4. When you’ve made your selections, click “Download PDF” to export your co-branded At a Glance PDF.

Troubleshooting

I typed in my contact details, but they didn’t appear on the PDF.

Make sure you selected “Company Details (Optional)” before downloading.

Why can’t I see my company logo?

Logos need to be uploaded by an account administrator in My Account before they can be added to a PDF.

Why am I seeing the wrong logo?

Account administrators are responsible for uploading company logos in My Account. Please reach out to your account administrator if you see the wrong logo.
